In 2012- 2013 DOKO finished the construction of 35 kV line which connected Gramsh to Sotiraj. In this project DOKO was contractor of Hydro Energy Sotiraj and implemented: project-design, topography service, geological studies, civil work/ foundation, supply/installation, tower erection, conductor stringing, OPGW stringing, test and commissioning
